Job summary

Porsche Beverly Hills, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for service customers, scheduling appointments and preparing repair orders. You will communicate maintenance recommendations and options, coordinating with technicians to keep customers informed throughout repairs.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of dealership service advisor experience and CDK familiarity, with a preference for luxury or European brands.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership setting.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with luxury or European brands preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Porsche service customers, delivering a first-class customer experience.
• Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations and repair options.
• Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals.
