Rusnak Auto Group in Pasadena seeks a Service Sales Advisor to join our Audi dealership team. You will assist Clients with comprehensive repair services while aiming to meet sales objectives and deliver value-added solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Service Advisor or in a similar Automotive role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual in English and another language is an asset.
• Current California Driver License with clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on arrival and obtain vehicle information.
• Provide complete cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Explain services and recommend additional value-added work.
• Close service orders and maintain CSI and service quality.
