Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Phenomenal follow-up skills.
• A strong desire to engage with customers and ensure they have a positive service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.
• Direct customers’ vehicles to technicians and consult with technicians about repairs and services.
• Communicate changes in service recommendations, timelines, and vehicle readiness.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial visit through delivery.
• Answer customer questions about vehicle service and warranty coverage.
• Advise customers and develop short- and long-term maintenance/repair plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service experience.
