Crest Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. As the first contact, you will be versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and outstanding customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role you greet vehicle owners, explain the repair process and provide concierge support, ensuring prompt, courteous service and consistent follow-up with customers throughout their visits.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Team oriented with strong collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent communication with customers.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Available to work flexible hours including Saturday.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Follow up with customers on a daily basis and provide updates.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Check out customers once repairs have been completed.
