Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Exceptional customer service with a proven track record.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess service needs, and prioritize priorities.
• Communicate repairs and maintenance clearly with pricing and timelines.
• Prepare accurate service estimates including parts, labor, tax and discounts.
• Submit work orders to technicians and document customer concerns.
• Coordinate with technicians and provide progress updates to customers.
• Educate customers on warranty protections and service benefits.
• Advise on repairs vs. replacement when appropriate.
• Process service payments and explain charges to customers.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and relationships.
• Achieve CSI targets through service delivery and attention to detail.
• Maintain records in dealership management systems.
• Stay current on BMW product knowledge and service requirements.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and management to maximize efficiency.
• Use consultative selling to recommend additional services.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Represent the BMW brand with enthusiasm and integrity.
