The role offers an earnings potential with $85,000–$180,000 annually based on performance, plus $19.00 per hour, uncapped commission, and a comprehensive benefits package in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Experience in a commission- or quota-driven sales environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Help guests identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on needs.
• Deliver a personalized luxury sales experience with vehicle features and performance.
• Conduct professional test drives and maintain Land Rover product knowledge.
