The role offers an earnings potential with $85,000–$180,000 annually based on performance, plus $19.00 per hour, uncapped commission, and a comprehensive benefits package in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

Expected Annual Earnings: $85000 – $180000 based on performance

• Help guests identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Deliver a personalized luxury sales experience while demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and performance.
• Conduct professional test drives and maintain strong Land Rover product knowledge.
• Guide guests through the purchase process while providing a transparent, customer-focused experience.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, referrals, and repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a commission- or quota-driven sales environment.

Employment Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
