Sonic Automotive’s Jaguar Land Rover Pasadena location seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the dealership's sales team and drive profit growth. You will plan forecasts, mentor staff, and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.

Formación

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Experience managing a sales team and meeting targets.
• Experience with Jaguar/Land Rover brands is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the dealership sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Forecast sales, gross profit, and departmental profits.
• Plan short- and long-term sales strategies and promotions.
• Provide training and review performance with the Dealer.
• Maintain balanced vehicle inventory and move inventory efficiently.
