Land Rover Pasadena is seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to guide guests through selecting new or pre-owned vehicles and to deliver a personalized luxury buying experience.

With 2–3 years of automotive sales preferred, you will leverage uncapped commission, draw and performance-based incentives, and a high-energy, guest-first approach to build lasting relationships and meet sales goals.

Job Description

Expected Annual Earnings: $85000 – $180000 based on performance

$19.00 per hour

• Draw plus commission

Duties and Responsibilities

Help guests identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

Deliver a personalized luxury sales experience while demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and performance.

Conduct professional test drives and maintain strong Land Rover product knowledge.

Guide guests through the purchase process while providing a transparent, customer-focused experience.

Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, referrals, and repeat business.

Achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

2–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Customer-focused, competitive, and motivated to achieve sales goals.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven luxury retail environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Employment Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
