Job summary

Land Rover San Francisco, a flagship luxury dealership in downtown San Francisco, seeks a proven General Manager to own the complete P&L and lead both variable and fixed operations at a high-volume, iconic destination.

The role requires luxury brand GM experience, a hospitality-driven leadership style, and the ability to drive performance across a complex operation with a strong focus on guest experience and team development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience at a franchised dealership
• Experience with Land Rover/Jaguar or luxury brands preferred
• Full P&L ownership with demonstrated performance across Var/Ops at a high-volume luxury store
• Demonstrates a hospitality quotient with kindness, optimism and integrity
• Leadership built on clarity, high standards, and investment in people

Responsibilities

• Lead the full dealership operation with P&L responsibility for new, CPO, finance, service, and parts
• Develop and hold accountable a senior leadership team across variable and fixed ops
• Set a culture of operational excellence, hospitality, and accountability
• Drive variable operations through inventory, pricing, digital retail, CRM and sales development
• Own fixed ops performance, CSI, technician productivity, and absorption across a JLR platform
