Job summary

Swickard Auto Group's Land Rover San Francisco store seeks a proven General Manager to own P&L across a luxury, high-volume operation in downtown SF. You will lead a senior team, uphold hospitality-first service, and partner with Swickard's corporate infrastructure to drive market growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience at a franchised dealership.
• Land Rover, Jaguar, or luxury brand GM experience strongly preferred.
• Full P&L ownership across both variable and fixed ops at a high-volume luxury store.
• Demonstrates a Hospitality Quotient — kindness, optimism, integrity.
• Leadership approach built on clarity, high standards, and people development.
• Deep understanding of high-net-worth luxury buyers and the SF market.
• Experience managing the operational complexity of a downtown urban luxury store.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L across new, CPO, finance, service, and parts.
• Develop and hold accountable a senior leadership team across variable and fixed ops.
• Set and sustain a culture of operational excellence, hospitality, and accountability.
• Drive variable operations performance—inventory strategy, pricing, digital retail, CRM, and sales team development for a high-net-worth downtown SF buyer base.
• Own fixed ops performance—support service and parts leadership to maximize absorption, CSI, and technician productivity.
• Manage the JLR OEM relationship—brand standards, certification compliance, CSI/NPS benchmarks.
• Partner with Swickard's leadership on financial reporting, strategic planning, and market growth.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent that defines store culture and long-term performance.
