Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in luxury retail or management.
• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail management with a proven sales record.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with affluent clientele.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of sales associates to hit sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and optimize performance through data insights.
• Maintain luxury brand standards and provide personalized guest experiences.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and policies.
• Manage store budget, monitor KPIs, and implement pricing and promotions.
• Represent the brand and engage with high‑net-worth clients and community events.
