Swickard Auto Group in the San Francisco Bay area is seeking a General Manager willing to relocate if necessary based on dealership availability.

You will oversee dealership operations, profitability, customer satisfaction, compliance, and lead a high-performing team across sales, service, and marketing. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and deep automotive industry knowledge. The position offers career growth within a hospitality-driven dealership culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years as General Sales Manager or 3+ years as General Manager at a franchise dealership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
• Hospitality quotient and positive attitude.
• Certifications in automotive management or sales a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement annual business plans and budgets.
• Monitor financial performance including sales, service, margins, and expenses.
• Set and achieve sales goals for new and used vehicles.
• Oversee the sales team with training and motivation.
• Manage inventory to optimize sales and reduce costs.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout sales and service.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
