The Receptionist/Sales Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients while providing administrative and sales support, scheduling, follow-up, and data entry to help the sales team meet targets.

Qualifications

• Professional and polished front desk presence with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to coordinate appointments, data entry, and reporting with accuracy.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests with a premium, respectful demeanor.
• Serve as the first point of contact for sales and service teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; perform client follow-up.
• Provide vehicle information and assist with data entry and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area reflecting Cadillac standards.
• Support communications and routing of calls with discretion.
• Assist with administrative tasks and event check-ins as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
