Job summary

Lamborghini Dallas is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our luxury service team. You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, and guide them through recommended maintenance and repairs.

You'll work in a high-performance environment, emphasize CSI scores, and collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate estimates, transparent communication, and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum automotive experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, friendly and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Identify mechanical problems by questioning the customer or performing inspections/road tests.
• Schedule and provide estimates of vehicle service and repairs.
• Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work orders.
• Explain repair orders to customers with time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Advise customers on car care and maintaining vehicles per manufacturers' specs.
• Implement a quality control process to prevent comebacks.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating as set by service manager.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Helps identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
• Schedules and estimates of vehicle service and repairs.
• Confers with customers about inspection results, recommends corrective procedures and prepares work order for needed repairs.
• Prepares and helps customers understand repair orders by showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service.
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
• Implements a quality control process to eliminate comebacks.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards, always demonstrating professionalism and courtesy with customers.
