US Auto Trust—Cadillac Pasadena is seeking a Service Advisor to join our luxury dealership team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, helping customers understand service needs, detailing time and costs, and ensuring CSI excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience (2 years minimum) preferred.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, friendliness and a positive team attitude.
• Leads in service with verifiable CSI scores.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Advise customers on necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Identify mechanical problems via questioning, inspection, or road test.
• Schedule and estimate vehicle service and repairs.
• Communicate inspection results and recommended procedures to customers.
• Explain repair orders with time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Advise on car care per manufacturers' specifications.
• Uphold quality control to minimize comebacks.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with professionalism and courtesy.
