Village Green is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Concierge team as the first point of contact at our award-winning apartment communities. If you have persuasive sales and marketing skills, excellent communication and negotiating abilities, and are customer service oriented, this role may be a perfect fit.

Greet residents and guests, provide local recommendations, and assist with leasing during off hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Luxury Multifamily preferred, urban setting.
• Leasing experience a plus.
• Flexible schedule any day of the week.
• Ability to resolve minor problems while remaining professional.
• Team oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Provide recommendations on local attractions and amenities.
• Distribute brochures, floor plans and collateral.
• Complete guest cards, provide mini tours, leasing during off hours.
• Retrieve packages and assist with front desk duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area.
