Village Green is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Concierge team at our award-winning apartment communities and be the first point of contact for residents and guests.

The role requires excellent communication and customer service, with duties from greeting residents to coordinating local amenities, tours, and package retrieval. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4pm-12am. Pay: $18 per hour plus quarterly bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Provide recommendations to residents on local attractions and amenities.
• Provide brochures, floor plans, and other collateral to clients.
• Complete guest cards and assist with mini tours and leasing during off hours.
• Retrieve packages for residents.
• Offer refreshments to residents and guests.
• Keep front lobby stocked with magazines, maps, and collateral.
• Use the Internet to gather information for residents and guests.
• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk and lobby area.
• Prepare incident reports and related documentation.
• Adhere to policies related to fair housing.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, management, residents, and vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and contacts.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner as they enter the building
• Become familiar and provide recommendations to residents on community attractions and local amenities when requested.
• Provides brochures, floor plans and other collateral to clients
• Completes guest cards, provides mini tours, and acts on leasing behalf during off hours
• Retrieves packages for residents
• Provides refreshments to residents and guests
• Keeps front lobby stocked with magazines, collateral, maps, transportation schedules, menus etc as described in the binder layout
• Uses Internet as an aid in providing micro and macro information to residents and guests
• Mantains a clean and orderly front desk, lobby area, and storage closets were applicable
• Prepares incident reports and correlating documentation
• Adheres to established policies related to fair housing
• Communicates with co-workers, management, residents, vendors, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintains confidentiality of co-workers, management, owners, past and current residents, vendors, and all outside contacts
