Village Green is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact at our Detroit apartment communities. You will greet residents, share local information, and assist with tours and leasing during evening hours.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, persuasive sales, and excellent communication skills, with a flexible schedule and a professional, confidential approach to residents and staff.

• Customer-focused approach with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfort with providing tours and local area information.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Provide brochures, floor plans and leasing information.
• Conduct mini tours and handle leasing duties during off hours.
• Retrieve packages and assist with front desk duties.
• Maintain lobby area and front desk, ensuring orderly presentation.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain confidentiality.
