Job summary

Signature Aviation operates a private aviation terminal and seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver seamless, personalized guest experiences from wheels down to wheels up.

You will blend hospitality with hands-on operational support, handling fueling, de-icing, ground services, catering, and guest transportation while maintaining safety on active ramps. Nights, weekends, and holidays apply in an outdoor aviation setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Excellent vision, coordination, and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, potable water).
• Proactively prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; report safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPUs, tugs, stair trucks).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest vehicles or PAT.
• Provide professional, friendly guest service with a positive attitude at all times.
• Offer safe, convenient transportation when driving shuttle vehicles for guests and luggage.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; fuel handling and inventory documentation.
• Follow safety, security, and guest service requirements; stop work for unsafe conditions.
• Follow emergency procedures during critical events and enforce all security protocols.
• Create accurate records of time worked and services performed.
