Job summary

Signature Aviation plc is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist (Part Time) to provide a seamless, luxury guest experience and hands-on ground support at our private aviation terminal. You will operate ground service equipment and assist with fueling, de-icing, and provisioning for flights.

Role requires nights/weekends/holidays and outdoor work around aircraft. A strong service mindset and teamwork are essential to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old minimum.
• Able to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver''s license; CDL may be required where applicable.
• Preferred aviation or customer service experience (3–6 months).

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely per SOPs and communicate effectively.
• Assist guests, crew, and aircraft with hospitality and services.
• Operate ground service equipment; fueling, de-icing, power, towing.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and report safety concerns.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo as required.
• Maintain clean, safe ramps and documentation records.
