Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless guest experience at our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands‑on aircraft ground services, operate ground support equipment, and maintain safety and security protocols in outdoor, high‑pace environments.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, strong communication, teamwork, and a service‑first mindset to ensure exceptional guest experiences on every flight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, potable water, parking, marshalling, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks, reporting safety concerns immediately.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPU, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; transport guests and cargo as needed.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude at all times.
• Offer safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles.
• Maintain clean, safe ramps and operations; ensure fuel handling accuracy and records.
• Comply with safety, security, and guest service requirements; stop work for unsafe conditions.
