Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to be the face of our private aviation terminal, delivering seamless, personalized experiences for guests, crew, and aircraft. You will combine hospitality with hands-on ground services while operating GSE and maintaining safety and security standards on the ramp.

The role requires schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, with outdoor work around active aircraft in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-driven guest service mindset with ability to anticipate needs.
• English reading/writing for safety rules, procedures and communications.
• Basic math for handling measurements and timing.
• Physical ability to operate ground service equipment and vehicles.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety rules, and security protocols.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with team, guests, vendors, and crew to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and address safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment and transport guests or luggage.
• Provide professional guest service and uphold a service-first mindset.
• Follow emergency procedures and security protocols.
