Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to greet guests and manage operations at our private aviation terminal. You will perform ground services, assist with fueling, de‑icing, parking, towing, and guest transport, delivering a seamless, luxury experience for all visitors and aircraft.

The role requires schedule flexibility, outdoor work around active aircraft, and a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain an airport security badge.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Valid state driver's license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Preferred: 3–6 months experience in aviation or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs, ensuring effective communication to accomplish tasks.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, water, parking, marshalling, catering, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify open tasks, and raise safety concerns to stakeholders.
• Operate ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stair trucks.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; assist guest transport as needed.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; manage fuel handling and documentation.
• Follow safety, security, and guest service requirements and stop unsafe work when needed.
• Document time worked and activities accurately.
