Job summary

Signature Aviation, a global private aviation terminal operator, is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist. You will be the face of our luxury terminal, delivering a seamless guest experience from wheels down to wheels up while coordinating ground services and safety.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, outdoors around active aircraft, and performing tasks like fueling, de-icing, marshalling, and transport as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background checks and airport badge requirements.
• Valid state driver's license; CDL may be required locally.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, stairs).
• Provide professional guest service and safe, efficient airside operations.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and address safety concerns promptly.
• Fuel handling, inventory, and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe ramps and assist guests with transportation as needed.
