Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Guest Experience Associate to ensure hospitality excellence for arrivals, departures, and on-site services at our airport facilities.

You will assist guests and crews with transportation, manage vehicle coordination, and uphold strict security protocols while delivering a warm, professional guest-focused experience. Flexible shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays, indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to pass company background checks and airport background checks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews at arrival; escort to front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Assist with luggage; provide transportation to terminal, hotel, or other locations.
• Coordinate ground transportation and staging of personal vehicles; valet parking duties as needed.
• Identify crewmembers, passengers, visitors, and vendors per security procedures.
• Create accurate records of time worked and services performed; communicate passenger information to crew.
