Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crews, coordinate services, and ensure a premium hospitality experience. The role requires flexibility for varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work indoors or outdoors near aircraft and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks and airport background checks.
• Must be legally authorized to work.
• Must be able to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure services are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per company procedures; assist with general accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services including hotel, transportation, catering, and appointment bookings.
• Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns promptly and accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature Aviation facilities, services, and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate services using real-time systems to ensure smooth operation and prioritization.
• Assist with luggage handling and guest transportation as needed, and support pilots with weather information.
