Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinating services and ensuring a memorable visit. You will work in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment near aircraft and ground equipment, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

The role emphasizes grace under pressure, attention to detail, and reliable teamwork to deliver Signature’s high standard of service to guests and crew alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Must have valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and crews, escort to front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely and courteous service and accurate information transfer.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures; may assist with accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services: hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and appointments.
• Handle inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities, services, and local areas.
