Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to join our hospitality team at our US facility. You will greet guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and coordinate safe transportation to and from the airport, while upholding our gold-standard service, safety, and guest satisfaction.

In this fast-paced, luxury-oriented role, you will escort guests to entrances or vehicles, manage luggage, perform security checks, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass background checks.
• Ability to drive and operate passenger vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews with a warm welcome.
• Assist with luggage and coordinate transportation to terminals, hotels, or nearby locations.
• Coordinate ground transportation and manage guest vehicles including valet parking.
• Identify crewmembers, passengers, and visitors per security procedures.
• Record time worked and services performed accurately.
• Communicate passenger information with crews and company staff.
