Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer experience (retail, hospitality, or sales) preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews with a warm, friendly reception.
• Coordinate services for guests, crews, and visitors with internal teams and external parties.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions; assist with general accounting tasks as needed.
• Provide concierge services such as hotel reservations, transportation, catering, and appointments.
• Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature Aviation facilities and services for guest inquiries.
• Log and schedule services using real-time systems and coordinate to ensure timely delivery.
