Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to serve as the face of our private aviation terminal. You will deliver a seamless, hospitality-driven experience while performing ground services in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and the ability to work outdoors around aircraft. Join a luxury setting where guest care is the centerpiece of operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required where applicable.
• Preferred: 3–6 months experience in aviation or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GSE, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and PAT/guest vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude.
• Provide safe transportation for guests via shuttle.
• Maintain clean, safe ramps and operations.
• Handle fuel including quality control and inventory.
• Follow all safety, security, and guest service requirements.
• Stop work if unsafe conditions arise and report concerns.
• Follow emergency procedures as needed.
• Adhere to Signature Aviation security protocols.
• Create accurate time/work activity records.
