Job summary

You will handle product registrations for repairs, assist Sales Associates and Back-Office, and ensure After Sales service is delivered efficiently. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role.
• A bachelor’s degree and experience in luxury watches or jewelry industry are preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Operations Manager; interact with clients and the Sales Team to resolve after-sales issues.
• Provide support to Sales Associates and Back-Office; assist in maintaining store appearance.
• Manage product registrations for repairs and maintenance.
• Obtain updates from service facilities and factories and assist sales associates with client communications.
• Ensure After Sales statistics and inventory results are accurate.
• Consult with Management or Sales Team on After Sales issues.
