Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a client-facing Sales Administration/Customer Service professional in Beverly Hills. The role supports the Sales Team and After-Sales operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales administration or customer service, a bachelor’s degree, and experience with luxury watches or jewelry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; luxury watches or jewelry industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and assist Sales Associates and Back-Office teams.
• Support after-sales processes and coordinate with service facilities and factories for updates.
• Ensure accuracy of after-sales statistics and inventory data.
• Consult with Management or Sales Team on after-sales issues.
