Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking an experienced After-Sales Support Specialist to assist clients and the Sales Team in a fast-paced luxury environment in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will handle product registrations, obtain updates from service facilities, and support back-office operations while maintaining excellent client communications.

With at least 2 years in Sales Administration or Customer Service and a background in luxury watches or jewelry, you will excel using Microsoft Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Sales Administration or Customer Service.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in luxury watches or jewelry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and Sales Team with solving issues.
• Support Sales Associates and Back-Office as needed.
• Manage product registration for repairs.
• Obtain updates from service facilities and factories.
• Ensure After Sales statistics and inventory data are accurate.
