Job summary

Van Cleef and Arpels in Beverly Hills is seeking a client-facing Sales Administration professional to assist clients and the Sales Team in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The role focuses on after-sales service, repairs, and order support: registering repairs, obtaining updates from facilities, communicating with clients, and aiding the Back-Office. A minimum of 2 years in Sales Administration or Customer Service, bachelor’s preferred, SAP and Microsoft Office experience required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; luxury watches or jewelry industry experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP

Responsibilities

• Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance
• Obtain updates from service facilities and factories and assist sales associates with client communications
• Ensure that After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results are correct
• Consult with Management or members of the Sales Team on related After Sales issues
