Maiden Home in Washington, DC is seeking a high-performing A&D Sales Executive to grow its contract and residential channels across the DC area. You will build and manage partnerships with interior designers, architects, developers, and hospitality groups, driving revenue growth through a consultative, luxury-brand approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in luxury contract A&D sales with an extensive personal book.
• Experience in luxury furniture, textiles, lighting, or related interior categories.
• Strong network within the A&D community in the Washington DC area.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental revenue growth across Maiden Home’s contract and residential sales channel.
• Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, and other trade partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to quoting, negotiation, close, and post-sale relationship management.
• Coach and guide day-to-day activities for the Sales Support Associate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, customer experience, operations, and leadership teams.
• Track account activity, pipeline health, and sales performance in CRM systems.
