Job summary

Maiden Home in New York seeks a high-performing A&D Contract Sales Executive to grow the contract channel with interior design and architecture firms, developers, workplaces, and hospitality clients from its Tribeca headquarters.

You will own the full sales cycle, build and maintain a robust pipeline, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class brand experience on long, high-value projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of luxury contract A&D sales with an extensive personal book of business
• Experience in luxury furniture, textiles, lighting, or related interior categories
• Strong network within the A&D community in the New York area and experience with leading design firms

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental revenue growth across Maiden Home’s contract sales channel.
• Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with architects, workplaces, hospitality groups, staging firms, and other trade partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and qualification through quoting, negotiation, close, and post-sale relationship management.
• Guide clients toward solutions that align with aesthetic, timeline, and budget needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, customer experience, operations, and leadership to support contract opportunities.
