Qualifications

• Qualified applicants will preferably possess prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Concierge to join our team at our luxury senior living community.
• The Concierge is often the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, personalized, and exceptional experience.
• This position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
