Job summary

A senior living community in Naples, Florida is seeking a Lead Resident Services Associate to provide excellent service to residents and their families. Responsibilities include managing requests, coordinating services, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, preferably with seniors, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in customer service or as a Concierge preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate community transportation and services.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in reception areas.
