You will handle calls, messages, directions, and coordinate appointments, with a focus on hospitality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using phones, email, and office systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the community positively.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route telephone calls professionally.
• Take accurate messages and share promptly.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly.
• Collate brochures and support marketing materials.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts.
• Maintain resident phone lists and guest logs.
• Coordinate resident and family appointments.
• Keep front desk clean and welcoming.
• Sort and distribute mail to residents and staff.
• Maintain resident forms related to credits.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
