Job summary

Experience Senior Living in Naples, FL is seeking a Concierge to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to residents, families, and guests, coordinating transportation and personalized requests, and maintaining a welcoming, secure reception area.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of senior-facing customer service, strong communication, and reliable attention to detail. A valid driver’s license and professional appearance are important.

Qualifications

• Experience as Concierge or customer service preferred.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.
• Able to exude confidence and patience with all interactions.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Punctual, neat, professional appearance.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and use basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Provide personalized solutions by understanding customer needs.
• Answer the phone within 3 rings and route calls appropriately.
• Take detailed messages and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate services for residents and families (dry cleaning, groceries, transportation).
• Welcome new residents and families with concierge information.
• Coordinate the transportation schedule and confirm reservations.
• Liaise between the culinary department and guest meal reservations.
• Make reminder calls and manage RSVP lists for events.
• Maintain security and logs; keep reception area clean.
• Receive and log mail and packages.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
