Job summary

Vi Living at Bentley Village in Naples, FL seeks a Concierge (PRN) to welcome and direct residents and guests, answer questions, address simple needs, monitor emergency systems, and route calls.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, CPR/First Aid certification, excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to stay calm during emergencies. Weekend shifts and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service environment.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willing to obtain.
• Excellent oral communication and clear speaking voice.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stay calm and act responsibly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and direct residents and guests.
• Answer resident questions and address simple needs.
• Monitor emergency response and other community systems.
• Receive and direct all incoming calls.
