Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering world class guest service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills; warm, sincere hospitality.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answer Room Service phone with proper etiquette.
• Take guest food and beverage orders and input into system.
• Quote estimated delivery times and follow up on delays.
• Set up and deliver orders to rooms per Forbes standards.
• Ensure orders include condiments and silverware.
• Transport and present items maintaining presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Open and service wine/champagne bottles.
• Deliver amenities to designated rooms.
