Biltmore is seeking a Room Service Server to deliver world-class in-room dining experiences for guests, following Biltmore service standards with gracious hospitality. The role requires strong guest relations, clear communication, and the ability to work 2pm–10pm on a flexible schedule.
Ideal candidates have serving experience in fine dining or luxury hotels, a high school diploma, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional appearance and demeanor.
The Room Service Server is responsible for the delivery of food and beverage service to guests to provide a world-class in-room dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Room Service Servers will offer gracious hospitality and ensure all guests receive friendly, courteous, and prompt service at all times following prescribed and established Biltmore service standards. The incumbent will also provide general support and assistance to the leadership, department, and company. Schedule may vary, but generally 2pm - 10pm.
