Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Room Service Server to deliver world-class in-room dining experiences for guests, following Biltmore service standards with gracious hospitality. The role requires strong guest relations, clear communication, and the ability to work 2pm–10pm on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates have serving experience in fine dining or luxury hotels, a high school diploma, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous serving experience in fine dining or luxury hotel/resort preferred.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills required.
• Able to deliver gracious hospitality and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver room service orders to guest rooms.
• Transport food and beverages to guest rooms maintaining presentation.
• Ensure orders are complete with condiments, utensils and accompaniments.
• Provide courteous, prompt service and anticipate guest needs.
• Open and serve wine/champagne and deliver amenities as required.
• Maintain guest relations and adhere to Biltmore service standards.
