Job summary

Coach in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store performance and deliver a luxury customer experience. You will greet clients, operate the POS, and ensure the sales floor and stockroom stay organized and replenished.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, strong communication, and ability to work nights/weekends. Training on company policies and loss prevention is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales) in luxury or premium service environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with cash registers, basic computer skills, iPad/laptop use, and POS devices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and collect customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
