Job summary

Coach, a global luxury fashion house, seeks a Sales Support Associate for our The Woodlands, TX store. You’ll welcome clients, assist with purchases at the cash wrap, keep the sales floor polished, and help move shipments from receipt to point of sale.

You’ll leverage strong English communication, brand knowledge, and a team-first attitude to support stock, visual merchandising, and loss prevention while delivering warm, personalized service to every customer.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy retail setting.
• Attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement in-store.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and partner with team to meet store goals.
