Job summary

Coach in Houston is seeking a Temporary Sales Support Associate to join our Memorial City store. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service at the cash wrap, maintaining a pristine sales floor, and ensuring accurate product flow from receipt to point of sale.

The ideal candidate will have retail or luxury retail experience, strong English proficiency, and a keen eye for fashion trends. Ability to lift, stock, and assist with visual merchandising will be valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred in fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and competition.
• Familiar with cash register systems and basic computer tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture info.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and replenish sales floor; edit visuals as needed.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to LP guidelines.
