Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is hiring a Sales Associate in the United States. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations across luxury retail and omnichannel channels.

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations. You will use POS and clienteling tools while contributing to team KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, and familiarity with clienteling tools.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to read price/release sheets.
• Luxury retail background and comfort with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to styling standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS systems and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs with the team.
• Maintain floor energy, manage multiple customers, and ensure efficient transactions.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and replenishment.
