Auberge Collection’s Goldener Hirsch in Deer Valley, Utah, seeks an In-Room Dining Server to provide outstanding in-room dining experiences for guests and colleagues.

You will take and enter orders, deliver items promptly, and ensure courteous, high-quality service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and safety procedures. Flexibility with schedules and compliance with local certifications are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service or the foodservice/hospitality industry.
• Must meet the minimum age requirements for food and alcohol service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
• Ability to lift 30lbs

Aufgaben

• Accurately and quickly take and place orders and input them into the POS system ensuring correct timing and billing.
• Deliver requested items in an efficient and timely manner.
• Relate with guests about needs and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring high-quality service.
• Retrieve orders from the POS system and communicate any special requests or modifications to the kitchen; maintain knowledge of all menu items.
• Prepare the guest check accurately and collect payment or signature, as required
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings
• Ensure that the food delivery is tidy and keep an accurate par of food items and non-food items on cart and in storage areas.
• Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper skills and food safety guidelines
• Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage or malfunctioning units
• Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to procedures.
